This activity is weather-dependent. In case of unsuitable weather conditions, a rescheduling or a refund will be proposed.
Cancellation policy :
- More than 72 hours before the session : full refund.
- Between 72 and 24 hours before the session : the deposit is non-refundable.
- Less than 24 hours before the session or no-show : no refund will be issued.
Participation requirements :
- The activity is available from the age of 12. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Participants must be able to swim and feel comfortable in an aquatic environment.
- Recommended weight : under 100 kg (technical limitation of the equipment).
- Participants declare they are covered by a Personal Liability Insurance policy.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Any delay may result in a reduced session duration without compensation.
