Terms and Conditions
Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the booking of eFoil sessions offered by eFoil Estérel in Saint-Raphaël / Agay.
Booking and Payment
The booking is confirmed after full online payment by credit card through our secure Stripe platform. The customer receives a confirmation email after payment.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation by the customer: any cancellation made more than 48 hours before the session entitles a full refund. Less than 48 hours before, no refund will be issued. Cancellation by the organizer: in case of adverse weather conditions or any other safety reason, eFoil Estérel reserves the right to cancel the session. The customer will be fully refunded.
Liability
Participants must be able to swim and be in good physical condition. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian. eFoil Estérel declines all responsibility in case of non-compliance with the safety instructions given by the instructor.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Draguignan shall have jurisdiction.
