Terms and Conditions
Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the booking of eFoil sessions offered by eFoil Estérel in Saint-Raphaël / Agay.
Booking and Payment
The booking is confirmed after full online payment by credit card through our secure Stripe platform. The customer receives a confirmation email after payment.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation by the customer: any cancellation made more than 48 hours before the session entitles a full refund. Less than 48 hours before, no refund will be issued. Cancellation by the organizer: in case of adverse weather conditions or any other safety reason, eFoil Estérel reserves the right to cancel the session. The customer will be fully refunded. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method used at booking.
Liability
Participants must be able to swim and be in good physical condition. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian. eFoil Estérel declines all responsibility in case of non-compliance with the safety instructions given by the instructor.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Draguignan shall have jurisdiction.
